PS4: SSL connection error

Hi there !

my ps4 says error ssl connection and it is not downloading the update of a game.

how do I fix this issue

Hi there @Goldee. Thanks for your post and welcome to the Bell Community 🙂
Do you notice any issues with your Internet otherwise, or just when you tried to download the update?
Are you using any third party equipment such as a router, and are you connected using a wired or a wireless connection?
If you are still having trouble we recommend that you reboot all equipment and try to download the update. If using a wireless connection, you can also try a wired Ethernet connection from the PlayStation to your modem.
