Packet loss on Ubiquiti routers with new Gigahub

I have two Ubiquiti routers complaining of packet loss. I'm upgrading from one router to the other, so I wanted to get the kinks out before migrating. The two routers are not coexisting BTW. 

The modem speed test looks good and is providing full throughput. The router speed test was just over 2 Gb, but the the non Fibre port is only 2.5 Gbe and the test site was Montreal. 

I haven't contacted Bell yet, as I'm just happy to have my internet back after test driving another ISP for a few days.

I am not sure how you have it set up, but pending on the internet package there could be different setups.

With PPPOE overhead Ubiquiti is not the best option.
