I have been trying to setup port forwarding on my GigHub. I have noticed the following behaviour: If the device I am forwarding to is plugged into any port other than the 10Gb, the forwarding works as expected. If it is plugged into the 10Gb port, there is no forwarding. is this a GigaHub's 'feature' ?

This turned out to be a classic problem between the keyboard and the chair. Once I fixed my routing table, things started working as expected.

I've been trying to do port forwarding, Bell Customer service hasn't been any help. I'll have to try escalating the call when I get them on the phone again tomorrow. @ZaneP said it's not limited to business but it seems that some people indicate this. I've tried everything I can find, DMZ, port forwarding, Dr Googleing 100 different solutions and I am frustrated. Trying to host a dedicated gaming server for my online community on port 27016.
My last step is buying a fiberop to ethernet converter and second non bell hub to resolve the issue.
Is anyone able to help?

I believe you have to use ADMZ on the Giga Hub, if that is your modem. I also suggest you check out DSL Reports Bell forum for an answer to your question. There is a strong user community there. Bell no longer has support there, so their Bell Direct forum is not active. If you have a Giga Hub modem, a media converter may not work as the modem is tied to your account and authenticates the connection.

Unfortunately you posted in the Bell Direct forum, which is no longer supported. You will not likely get any answer there as that forum has been closed. Please post in the user based Bell Canada forum on DSLR. You may also find answers to your questions on Reddit.

I should have posted in both. Either way I've done all YT vids, reddit posts, forums, local tech stores, bell support. I'm just angry it shouldn't be this difficult to do something that is in the GUI of the miden

Bell has never supported customer equipment beyond what they provide. Have you tried plugging your own router into the Giga Hub? I suggest you repost in the Bell Canada forum on DSLR. You may find an answer there. No one can read your post in the Bell Direct forum.
