Recently my modem was replaced with a rebuilt 2000 and it believes I'm in Laval, PQ. I'm near Apsley, Ont.
Tried a factory reset and multiple reboots to no avail. Internet connectivity is great, the location bias is the only irritant.

Hi there @Quix78
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
Are you able to share what you're referring to by "coming back as Quebec locations"?
When you say "my isp", are you referring to your Bell internet at your home?
What device are you experiencing this on?
Looking forward to hearing back.

I live Trois-Rivières and when I’m login into my bank application my double authorization code locates my IP in Surrey British Columbia
does Bell redirect to a server across the country
can I choose an IP in Montréal or somewhere else closer to my house
thank You
