Hi, looking to set up PPPoe with my Ubiquity UDM-PRO but I need a username and password. Do I need to contact support to get these credentials?

Your username should be the B1 Internet ID, found in MyBell
. If you are unsure of your password you can change the modem access password right in MyBell as well.
