If your link speed is at 100/100, you will not be able to get more than 100 Mbps up and down.
Your results of
But on Ookla:
88.46 Mbps Download
94.72 upload
would be within line for 100/100 link speed connection.

Your limitation is your network card or your computer’s capacity if the network card is built in.

Do a speed test from within the modem and post the results here.
It's basically the same menu for the 3000 and 4000 home hub models: Speed test

That does not indicate a problem with the profile.
That indicates either a congestion issue, or a hardware configuration issue on the client machine.
Are you using a VPN, or a service like WTFast? If you have a different cat cable, try to swap the cable.
If your ethernet card linked at 100 Mbit/sec, or 1 GB/sec? How to check link speed.
Are you using Killer ethernet software by any chance?

Ok! I'm guessing that the only way to change this is to upgrade my motherboard? Thanks for the help understanding this you've all been helpfull! 🙂
Even tho, for 2 weeks now its been weird because out of the blue it goes down for 5 to 10 seconds and comes back up again.
Exemple: I will loose discord connection, aswell as in a game, then when it goes back up i recconnect automatically. (Same goes for Steam, when it goes back up it shows my friends and what they are playing.
As a gamer, this is quite frustrating because it makes me loose, but can't imagine having that on an important meeting...
any ideas for this?

Thank you for the clarification. You many not need to change your motherboard at all, if you have an open slot that can accommodate a supplementary network card. If you don't feel comfortable sourcing and installing this yourself, I suggest you take your computer to a computer shop and have them do it or look on the internet for video. You can also post in the DSL Reports forum for help. That community has PC hardware forums where you can find advice on what you need to do. That depth of advice is beyond the scope of this forum, however.
With respect to your signal drop, there are a couple of possibilities. One is that you are getting buffering on your current network card. Changing the network card may change that. The other is that the internet between Bell and your gaming server is inconsistent. The intermittent disconnection can easily be caused by a ping spike. A traceroute to your gaming or discord server will tell more. You can do a traceroute to your discord server, for example, using the modem's utilities or an external program. Please be aware that Bell has no control over the internet once your connection leaves Bell's own system. You can also try running the Virtual Repair Tool to see if that helps.

Is your network card a gigabit card? 100/100 cards are typically many years old.
It's possible it's not negotiating proper link speeds.
See here. If 1 GBPS is available change it from auto negotiation to 1 Gbps full duplex.
Also make sure you are directly connected to the home hub, and not to an in between switch.

Hi,
I have Gigabit Fibe 1.5 internet and i'm getting download speed of 5 mbps to 30 mpbs. I just got off the phone with Bell who said that everything is normal from what they can see and they dont deal with download speeds. Something has to be wrong to be getting such slow speeds. I have only my laptop connected to internet and I have to use wifi. I live in a small space and Im very close to the modem. If someone has any idea what might be causing this please help !!!
Thank you !

Perform a speed test from within the modem, and post the results here.
You should be getting your profile speed, but there always could be something wrong there.

I just did the speed test you linked. I attached the results. The speeds match the plan I have but I am downloading a game on steam of 70gb and download shows 3-30 mbps and 10 hours download time. How is this possible. I understand its not going to download at full 1.5gb but this is extremely slow.

Thank you. Unfortunately we can't see the image until Bell approves it for posting. Can you give us the raw data? If you are downloading wirelessly to a laptop, you are at the limit of your wireless modem on the laptop.
