Sympatico is blocking emails from freecycle.org. Can you fix?

For the last two weeks or so, Sympatico has been blocking emails for the Freecycle.org domain. Freecycle is a US  charity which is available worldwide and I have been subscribed to their services for more than 7 years. I communicated with tech support at Freecycle and they tell me that their emails to me are being rejected as well (they have to use an alternative email address to communicate with me.)

We have discovered that your email provider, "Sympatico", is not delivering our emails to their customers.

On my side, I have put freecycle.org on my safe list as well as several of their email addresses, but to no avail.

What is the process for Sympatico to remove the “block” and add Freecycle to its “whitelist”? By not accepting these emails, Bell is basically forcing us to use other ISPs or email services to get our mail.
