USB ports on Home Hub 3000 not working.

USB ports on hub 3000 not working they use to work. Any suggestions?

What type of device are you connecting to the modem via USB? Is your equipment all up to date with the latest firmware?

A few things we can recommend are:

  • Test the device elsewhere to ensure it is still working.
  • Try a different USB cord.
  • Reboot your modem and the device by unplugging the equipment for around 30 seconds. 

If you are still having trouble you could also try a factory reset of your modem.

Please try that out and let us know if you need any more help.
