Why is my wann flashing orange and kicks my son out of his online game for the past 2 weeks … I call bell and they say they “ fixed “ the problem and it keeps happening ????

In order for the Community to best assist we need a bit more information.
Can you share what type of modem you're using? Are you connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and is this affecting all of the devices in your home? Is this happening at a certain time during the day, or just randomly?
We do recommend that you check that all of your cables are connected properly, and are secure with no damage and reboot your modem.
If you continue to experience any trouble a great tool you can use is Virtual repair
. It helps detect and fix issues remotely, so you don’t have to call support.
Check that out, and let the Community know how everything is going.
