Hi there @Jackie
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
We would first recommend clearing your browser history, cookies & cache. If this does not work, we would recommend trying an alternative web browser.
Looking forward to hearing back how that goes.

Hi there @Mudder
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
When accessing your email are you using our Webmail or through an email client?
Does this issue occur on any other devices?
If you are using a web-browser, please try clearing your cookies and caches.
Looking forward to hearing back.

Hi @fredna,
Welcome to the Bell Community and thank you for posting.
The Community wants to help, and we invite you to provide more information as per our questions in the thread above.
Also, please clarify which type of device, and browser or email client that you are using. And, if possible test sending an email using a different device to see if the issue persists.
Hope to hear from you soon.

I have been getting the same error in the last week. I am using a Dell computer with Windows 10 and accessing Bell email via a web interface. I've never had this error before. What's going on?

Not ideal, but I copy the content of the email draft and paste it into a text message. Bell’s email has lots of glitches. Webtop error, not intuitive, forcing repeated, identical steps, max 1200 addresses in junk senders list… lots of room for improvement. And clearing cash deletes all history/scores in online games, and does not solve the problem…
