With the old ap we could reboot remotely. Seems to be gone with the new ap? Why take that ability away Bell?

To get to the reboot option, try this. (I'm using an Android phone):
- Load and log into the app
- Click on the = symbol bottom right
- Scroll down to Support
- Click on FAQ
- Scroll over to, and click on, "Troublehooting tools and help"
- Scroll down to "Reboot your modem"
- Click on Start

Hey there @Sjsandford & @ZaneP,
Great conversation!
I just wanted to jump in here and add a simplified way of accessing the option to reboot your modem.
Just log into MyBell, then under Services select Internet > Reboot your modem.
Have a nice day 🙂

Hi @Sjsandford
The option to reboot the modem is still on the app. Can you post a screenshot of the error you see, when you try to reboot remotely?

That's the thing. I can't even find the CTA to reboot anywhere. I've gone over and over the ap looking for it. Can you direct me to where it's located?

thank you, found it. Suggestion - this is a terrible place to put this CTA. On the old app it was very easy to find. Now you have to scroll through to a FAQ? I would have never thought to go here.

Thanks for this!
For some reason I thought @Sjsandford was using the Wi-Fi app, because they were looking to do a reboot remotely.
