For Netflix and most other HD streaming you only need 5MB speed. If streaming and social media is all you will be doing than my recommendation is get the lowest unlimited package. BUT, keep in mind that if you use multiple devices at the same time, all those devices will share your speed.
Example - If you get a lower speed of 15MB you might think you're good for streaming because you only need 5MB out if the 15 you are subscribed to. However, if you have 4 devices running at the same time, those devices will all be consuming from the same 15MB. That means you might experience buffering and slower than expected speeds.
If you are using multiple devices at once than it might be worth looking at medium tiers. I would say stay away from higher speeds like 1GB or 1.5GB since those are most useful for upload speeds and very heavy usage which will come at a premium price.
Hope that helps and do share what speed you end up going with.

Hi JD!
Thank you for your reply . It has been very helpful in making my decision! I have 2 cameras also from Best Buy that are taking up my internet and also my cell and my friends cells . So I think I wil take your advice and go with the medium package . Not too low but also I’m not paying 120 $ a month for premium either cuz frankly I don’t use it that much . Thank you so much for your time !! 😊Have a great day!
