Hello,
I've read through a bunch of posts about issues with connecting to the wifi pods provided by Bell. I have 4 that the tech provided when I had our internet installed. I read that the serial numbers on the pods need to be registered or recorded by Bell (can't remember if that is the correct wording). The pods don't show up in myBell account, so is that the issue with why they are not showing up or do I need to call in? Was hoping to figure it out without having to call in. Thanks for any tips/tricks/advice!

Hey @trolley
Thanks for reaching out to the Bell Community 🙂
Interesting, as you mention that the Pods worked for some time before this issue started.
Were there any changes to your set up before you noticed the Pods go offline?
We recommend following the step by step on our support page: Troubleshooting my Whole Home Wi-Fi pods
under the section: My pod is offline.
If you are still having trouble after following those steps you can also try a Factory reset on your modem. How to reset my Home Hub 4000/Giga Hub modem to factory settings
Keep the Community posted, and let us know if you still need any help afterwards.

I was sent yet another new pod that also didn't work. This time when I called tech support the agent remotely factory reset my Giga Hub and it started working, so there appears to have been something wrong with the Giga Hub itself.

Unfortunately the problem is back. The pod worked for about a week then disappeared from my wi-fi app, and trying to add it again told me it wasn't associated with my account.
Another call to tech support and it's back in the wi-fi app, and offline again. They want to replace it again, after I wait for 24 more hours. I'll try the replacement one more time and give up on using one if not.
