Is there a fix to get the XBox to connect to the internet using the Wifi?  At this time, we are only able to get connection when hard-wired.  We have Home Hub 3000 Fibe 50.

Without knowing exactly what the issue is, the best we can do without additional information is provide the general Xbox Wifi troubleshooting guide.

Thank you for your question. I am not sure what you mean by a "fix". If your xBox can't connect wirelessly it is usually because your gaming device is likely to far from the modem or is not configured correctly. I should also add that a wired connection for a gaming device is always superior to a wireless connection and will deliver a far better gaming experience for you to enjoy.

We totally used to get it to work on wifi and then upgraded our wifi speed and since then we couldn’t connect. We use a wired connection. I figured it was a modem/network configuration change that needs to be fixed on the Xbox system. It’s not distance related.

The screen message is: ‘ your security protocol won’t work’! Does that help?

Regular? Whatever the Bell technician set up. How can I figure this out?
