Below are some possibilities as to why the calls might fail;
- Lost of connection to the network.
- Wrong phone number composition; Some areas requires the 1 to be placed before the phone number.
- Phone lines are busy; Too many callers trying at the same time.

Hi there
After several conversations, it transpires that Bell business has not tot transferred a number of 416-872 numbers to the new SIP system.
That is why the calls are not reaching their destination.
