So my Bell Line directly, is totally hacked, and for the most part, taken right over. There are multiple call forwarding calls, i have, Never, enabled call forwarding, ever, i lost my only Daughter, due to missed lawyer calls, the cas ,took my daughter, because the lawyers were only gonna call twice, only. Well i missed both calls, of course. This has to stop, now. Its taking way too much of my time, and $, i bought a new device, hoping to alleviate this issue, with no success. 660$ there in January. This goes on and on and on, for over 1.5 years, im asking for 660$ refund for the device replacement, and 90$ for my plan reimbursement, per month, for at least 1.5 years, and now im getting very upset, about my time, im going to start charging Bell, 40$/hour for my time, every time i log in to the stupid app, or have to talk to an agent. I was told it would be resolved in a week, a month or two ago now. Enough.

Thank you for your question. Likely it isn't, but you can go to any Bell store and pay for a sim card replacement if you wish.

I called bell Teck to complain about my VM that drops security and PWS that are not accessible after I change them. My phone is hacked remotely and thr first man was helpful. When I went to check my pw the 2nd time there was 2 networks on my phone. It was the recording but duel talking. I phoned to report and got someone who was from montreal who told me the system was not good?????? That bell answering was not all its cracked up to be???? What is wrong with this???He wasn't helpful. Do I change from you guys to another provider?

I am in desperate need of help regarding mobile phone being hacked. Police. Bell service provider cannot or will not help.
Tried everything
I even have a number as to who it may be and they are not even asking for it?
And this is cyber crime month?
Mentally and physically exhausted
Will appreciate any advice 🙏 as where I stand now I have nothing to lose as I have already lost most.

My phone is hacked way too much. I was given that number also upon trying to get help to no avail. The number is showing as spam and doesn't work so I dialed 611 only to be told they can't help. Even though I have reason to believe who it is and have that hackers number which they didn't even ask for it. Was in conversation with bell.mobility agent for over an hour telling her all my ongoing issues. This is not my first call either. They even have a code for me on file but yet no help. This has been going on for some time now. I was told to go get it repaired at my cost. My mobile phone is only a few months old.

Wish I could help you out but I am going through the same thing maybe worse. They can't and or won't help. And bell is advertising October as cyber security month. This is totally unacceptable. I will do what it takes to rectify this exhausting situation as now it is costing me my heath, credit, time, identity theft etc. I have it all documented from day one. Good luck to you

Not much, even went to police and they can't help either. So frustrated beyond belief
