Hey there @Tammy ,
Welcome to the Community and great question.
In order to confirm this, you would simply need to access your plan details via MyBell and under your plan description you should see Unlimited calling, texting & data in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico if included.

- Ensure that no roaming restrictions are present on your account.
- Ensure to toggle ON your roaming capabilities in the phone settings.
- To ensure the best possible network connection, especially when travelling to a new destination, set your device’s network selection setting to “Automatic.” This allows your device to automatically connect to the strongest available network and avoids connection issues. If you want to change the network you’re using, use manual network selection.
- You may need to manually search for a local network via your network settings.
- Disable “Low Data Mode” on iOS devices or “Data Saver” on Android devices.
- Turn airplane mode on and off. This can force your device to reconnect to the network.
- Have you tried to power your device off? Turn off your device, wait five minutes, turn it back on, and wait another five minutes. This can often resolve temporary connectivity problems.
Take care.

Good Day.
@DARTH As I mentioned in my earlier reply, if you have a Canada/US/Mex monthly plan & have Roam Better already enabled as a feature attached to your plan, you'll be able to roam without any issue in the U.S. & Mex.
Do bear in mind that the former will not result in any charges, as all usage will be zero rated as part of your plan.
If you do not have a Canada/US/Mex plan and only have Roam Better enabled, you will see regular daily roaming charges for each day of active usage.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
Take care.

I am trying to determine if I have full coverage in Mexico for data, voice and texting? Or if I have to pay roaming costs. I came to bell because of the great deal; but heard people are being charged roaming fees.
I attached my plan and it appears.. I have to pay daily roaming fees. Roam better with home data. How do they classify this as an ultimate US/MX package if I have to pay extra to use it??

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell. Community Forum.
If you have the Ultimate Can/US/ Mex mobility plan, it includes unlimited calling, texting & data in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico. You will not need to worry about paying any roaming charges.
If there are any charges prior to the activation of the Ultimate Can/US/Mex plan, then yes, you would be responsible for these charges, including roaming.
Should you have further questions, could you please provide the community with further information so that we may be able to assist you?
Take care.

I see an option in my services Roam better W/home data that says…activated and the information says
Use the data from your account while you travel, and get unlimited talk and text to Canada and within your destination, for $13/day in the U.S. and $16/day in over 200 international destinations. Beyond 5 GB per day, speeds are up to 512 Kbps, suitable for light web browsing, email and messaging. Data speeds reset at 12:00 AM (ET) daily. Speed and signal strength may vary due to roaming partner's network technology, traffic, topography, environmental conditions, network management and other factors. Please note that Roam Better does not cover roaming on cruise ships or flights.
so lookalike I have to pay roaming fees.
