Greetings,
My family and I are 15 months into a 24 month contract with 3 lines, 2 devices provided by Bell and one carrier over.
Your data maps have listed Pincher Creek, Alberta and area of having at least LTE coverage, when in reality two thirds of the town does not have high speed data.
We have been paying almost 350 a month for our plan and no access to high speed data, thus relying almost exclusively on wifi.
Every inquiry I get the same response, being told that it must be a problem with my device. I guess we just got astronomically unlucky and managed to land 3 devices with identical defect.
To be clear, voice functionality has never been an issue. This is specifically data, and in the few areas in town where a proper data signal can be ascertained, it functions as intended. But outside of the very limited area of PC that has proper coverage. You are getting pings in the 1000+ range and far less than a 1mbit.
