Hello, All.
URGENT HELP NEEDED! I accidentally deleted my Esim on my Samsung phone. How do I recover it back while I'm overseas? I tried to follow the steps online under recover deleted esim but it is asking to send OTP to the number I am trying to recover.
I tried calling your hotlines but it doesn't lead me to a speaking/human customer service agent. It only allows me to book a call back to the same number I am trying to recover.
I only have a foreign (Singapore) number right now that is active but it doesn't allow me to use that to connect with your team in order for me to recover my deleted esim.
Please help.
Thank you,
JR21

Good Day.
When you go to Settings > Cellular, you should have seen two SIMs, the original and the one from Airalo. You should be able to turn off the eSIM from Airalo and turn on your original.
Which mobile device do you have? For example, if you have an Apple iPhone, follow the steps below:
- Turn on your Primary SIM data plan.
- Select your Primary SIM for the default voice line.
- Go to your iPhone Settings > Messages > Toggle OFF and switch it back ON.
- Go to Send & Receive > Check if your phone number is now available and select it.

Depending on your device you would need to follow similar steps with other manufacturers device. Please check out their online support site or given them a call.
Should you require further assistance with your SIM activation please contact Bell Mobility Tech support or visit Bell store. Please call: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device. or visit Store Locator | Bell Canada
Take care.
