There is no method of tracking it on your Bell Mobility account.

Either one of these methods that I have included will work as long as the devices have been set up accordingly.

  1. You can use Find Devices on iCloud.com to find the approximate location of his iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, Apple Watch, AirPods, and Beats product if Find My is set up on the device and the device is online. To sign in to Find Devices, go to icloud.com/find.
  2. Each of you can also have your own Apple ID. If you have set up Family Sharing on your Apple devices, then you can also use Find My to locate a family member's missing device. You can also use Siri to help locate a device. Siri: Say something like: “Play a sound on my iPhone” or “Where's my iPad?” Learn how to use Siri.

Locate a device in Find Devices on iCloud.com - Apple Support (CA)

Hopefully this will be of assistance to you & your son. Good Luck.

Take care.

Good Day.

It is somewhat difficult to help you with the limited information that you have provided. "Find my lost phone." Please elaborate.

Did you misplace your phone or was your device stolen? What is the make and model of your phone? Many phones today have security apps that will allow you to find your device. E.g. Apple - Find my App - devices, iPhone, Samsung - Find my phone app - SmartThings. etc.

Have you reported your mobile phone lost or stolen? If not, you should do so. It can be added to a national list for stolen mobile devices. Adding a device to the list will prevent it from being used on Bell’s network, and the networks of all service providers in Canada.

You can also call the Smart/Phone Care centre at 1 866 213-2143 from 7 a.m. to midnight (ET), seven days a week (closed on statutory holidays).
