I received a call and was told that I am eligible for iPhone 15 pro max and I will receive message in email, surprisingly I got email on my email which is registered with bell mobility and this email clearly mentioned my username
I knew this was fraudulent so I didn’t answer by clicking the links in email, I just want to make every body aware that by clicking the link it will open your app
Data from bell mobility is stolen and they should do something about this

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Yes, it appears that you are a victim of fraud.
Next time, please hang up! This was not Bell calling you. It was a scammer, a fraudster, a thief trying to gain access to your personal information.
When in doubt, call Bell to confirm the legitimacy!
Fraudsters call potential victims claiming to be from their service provider. They offer a promotion or deal so lucrative they cannot pass it up. The fraudsters proceed to ask for the victim’s personal information including their Social Insurance Number (SIN) and Driver’s License number, credit card, passwords, etc.
I would suggest that you contact Bell Customer Service at: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device to report this issue.
Please have a look at the following web link. I am hoping you will find something new in this document that will be of benefit to you.
If you believe you may be the victim of fraud there are a few things you can do:
- Log in to your account and change your password
- If there is any suspicious activity on your Bell account report it to Bell Loss Prevention, by contacting 1-800-509-9904
- Report it to the Canadian Anti Fraud Centre
- Report it to the local police
Service provider impersonation scam - Bell
Take care.
