How to enable/disable Call Forwarding

Why my phone 11 has a Call forward to this no.: 1647383****? I don't enable it. Hence, how can I disable it?

Yes you can disable call fowarding on your mobility device.

Follow these steps to disable Call Forwarding on the Bell Mobility network.

1. Go to the Settings menu from the main menu of your iPhone.
2. Scroll down & Select Phone.
3. Scroll down to Call Forwarding.
4. Select > Turn off Call Forwarding.

You can also remove Call Forwarding permanently from your mobility account.

1. Log in to your MyBell account using any web browser.
2. Select your mobility service.
3. Select your Plan & Add-on details.
4. Select > Add or remove add-ons.
5. Select > Calling features.
6. Deselect > Call forwarding.
7. Select > Continue & follow the on-screen prompts.

To add on a quick FYI, the number you posted is the access number to your voicemail inbox. We strongly advise against disabling call forwarding to that number, as you will lose access to your voicemail inbox as a result.

I would like to use the MyBell app to forward my Bell mobile phone number to my US mobile - I can’t find that option

There is no option available on the MyBell app for you to Call Forward your mobile phone number.

Do you have Call Forwarding as an Add-on Calling feature with your Mobility plan?

If not, then you need to do this as a first step before you Call Forward your mobility number.

You can add Call Forwarding to your Bell Mobility rate plan for a monthly fee or use it on a pay-per-use basis for $0.25 a minute.

You’ll save airtime on most rate plans by forwarding your calls to a landline phone. If you forward your calls to another mobile phone, airtime charges will be billed to that phone's account. If you forward your calls to a long-distance number, you will be billed the applicable long-distance charges.
