You can view your text history in MyBell.

I find it much easier to view mobility history by logging in your MyBell account using a web browser. I have included both methods below.

  1. Login to MyBell > Select Mobility service > Select My Mobility usage. You can select up to 6 months Voice, long distance & text usage history plus the current month.
  2. You can also view the same detail on the MyBell App by selecting your mobility service. Select > View usage. Select > Text. Select > View usage detail. Select > My Mobile usage. Scroll down & Select Voice, long distance & text. Scroll down to All usage details. Go to Filters & change the setting from all to Texts. Select > Apply. Scroll down & across.

Please note: iMessage messages that are sent between Apple devices are not text messages perse & are not shown as such.

Take care

I yes I have looked both on the app and on the browser as you described above and it still does not show any usage as I explained above.  Can you please check in further?

Why is my text message not showing up on mybellapp

Good Day

Can you please clarify for the community your question: "Why is my text message not showing up on mybellapp"

The MyBell app is an improved way to manage your Bell services, right from your phone. From checking your usage to changing your features, you can do it quickly at any time. It allows you to manage your Bell services on the go.

The MyBell app does not store text messages. You can view text history only.

The MyBell app will allow you to view & access your mobility usage which is stored on your MyBell account when you are on the go.

To view your Mobility usage, open up the MyBell app. Select > View all Usage. Select > Mobility service. You can now choose to Select > Data, Voice, Long Distance or Text. This will open up the Usage screen. Select > the usage detail you wish to view.

Here is what you can do: Manage your Bell services on the go
