Hello, I just bought a Bell Sim card and plan in a Bell store yesterday, I try to call out today and the message is "Network is Busy" I tested other numbers and the same message.
Public mobile also had customers complain about their Network.
I had the same issue with Public Mobile, which I was a customer for years and only recently this issue, I could not call out or receive calls, this is why I switched. I'm disappointed, I thought Bell would be a much better option.
Can a Bell Mobility Technician Test if it is the Sim card, new living area I moved to or my Mobile(Motorola One Action)?

We wanted to check in and see if you were still having issues and receiving a "Network is busy" message when trying to complete a call. If so, could you provide some additional details?
- Is the issue only happening indoors, outdoors or both?
- Are you having any difficulties with text messaging or data usage as well?
- What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
- Is your phone updated to it's latest OS version?
- Which network is selected in your network settings?
- Have you contacted our technical support team to verify your concern and open a ticket if needed?
