Hi there, @Dadof3. Welcome to the Bell Community, and thanks for your post.
Officially, we're unable to guarantee service to any phone not sold through Bell - as such, this would include OnePlus phones. In the case of repairs we would not be able to assist, and it would be something needed to be accounted for if you had technical issues at any point in the future.
If you would like, you can punch in the IMEI of your new phone into our IMEI checker
- this will provide a broad stroke of a yes or no if your specific phone is supported, but cannot make assurances to the quality of service (i.e. being able to make use of 5G)
Let us know if you have any further questions.

I am not familiar with the OnePlus 12 device. Have you contacted OnePlus?
There is a support article on their web site that deals specifically with 5G. "There might be an issue with your network provider's coverage of the 5G network if the 5G icon is not showing up on your device's status bar."
Bell Mobility can not guarantee service to any phone that is not sold through Bell - as such, this would include your OnePlus 12 device. If you are having connectivity issues or your device is in need of repairs, I can only suggest that you reach out to the OnePlus for further assistance.
I have included the following web link to the OnePlus support page.
Take care.

So checked IMEI for Oneplus 12, it was good. Phone supports all 3 5G bands on the Bell network, the Oneplus canada website says it supports 5G, but still no 5G. I am in 5G supported zones, so phoned bell to get phone registered correctly on the Bell network. Still no 5G. Further even with the ultimate plan Canada/USA/Mexico, calling in USA doesn't work, works in Canada, and yes manually changed to every network in the usa and tried. Phone reset, network reset, 3 calls to bell technical support, and still no fix. Using a pay as you go sim card with same phone (on the bell network) no problem with 5G.

Hello everyone,
I have switched my phone from Pixel 8 pro to Oneplus 15 and the issue I have is VoLTE doesn't seem to be enabled on OP15 and when I check IMEI on Bell compatibility link, it considers it as an LTE device, while my P8P is identified as 5G ready device. currently my OP15 shows am on 5G+ network (Sim status says LTE & NR).
my question is that do I need to reach out to bell support or their compatibility list will be updated later?
