Phone says ''no sim registered'' and i can't make calls or text

I recently switched from Rogers yo Bell it says no sim registered and i can't make calls or text ...

Welcome to the community and thanks for your post. 

There could be a few different factors that would cause the "no SIM registered" message.

Below is a few reasons;

  • Device malfunction
  • SIM/eSIM malfunction
  • Suspended account

Have you tried to simply restart your phone and/or got in touch with our customer service/technical support team to get it checked out ?
