Hello! recently I changed from fido to bell but I didn’t get my old number. I tried to change but it is not working. It has been a month and I can’t still change back to my old number.

I switched my number on March 5th, but it’s still showing as with Bell, and I haven’t received the confirmation message. This is causing me not to receive text messages on my phone. I request a resolution. My billing cycle renews on the 18th of each month, and since I switched to another provider on March 5th, I should either receive a refund for the remaining month or pay for the days used. However, since the switch from Bell to Public Mobile hasn’t happened yet, I received a bill. Please assist with this issue.

I just moved to a new server and was moving my #. The new server said every thing was Ok but I missed a message from Bell that I had 90 minutes to say yes or no to the transfer. How can I get this # transferred? Thanks.

Hi guys, I have two numbers in my account, the first is a plan and is about to finish, the second is a mistake made by the store guy, he added my friend's number to my account instead of creating a separate one.... anyways, he tried to move to another company but the other company says the number is blocked by Bell, so I called to support service and the guy in the line confirmed that he can unlock it by telephone, he told me that my friend will receive a SMS where he needa to reply YES to the intention of opt out and then he will be able to transfer it, that message never arrived, we tried again with the other company and they still saying the number is blocked....so I don't know what to do, there is no option in the app for this
