Good Day.
Are both of you both Bell mobility customers on separate plans? Are you planning on bringing your own devices?
If both of you have Smartphones & wanting unlimited shareable data plus Canada wide calling, the most economical plan is:
Essential 100 (BYOD Essential 100GB)
- 100 GB of shareable data at our fastest available 5G+ speeds & unlimited data at up to 512 Kbps thereafter
- 5G+ network access
- SD video streaming
- Hotspot capabilities
- Unlimited Canada-wide calling and texting
- Unlimited international texting
If both of you are existing Bell Mobility customers, you can view this plan on MyBell by logging in your account from any web browser. Select > Your mobility service. Select > Manage plan. Follow the onscreen prompts to view what is available for existing mobility customers.
There is also a Multiline discount of $20 per line. The $60 administration fee per service is waved if you do this online via MyBell.
You can view this plan on : Bell | Wireless, Internet and TV Service Provider in Canada
If you have any questions or concerns in just how to order this & the monthly costs, you should contact a Bell Mobility customer service representative.
My wife & I recently upgraded & changed over to this plan & we are completely satisfied.
Thank you posting your question.
Take care.

Good Day
The Bell Community is a place for you to ask questions, find answers and share your thoughts on all of Bell's products and services with other Bell customers like you, It is a peer-to-peer web site. As such, we do not have access to your account & billing details. I can only offer up the following information to assist in explaining a share plan & a family share group to you
Shareable plans allow family members to allocate voice and data between their devices. Adding your family members to a shareable plan means that you’ll save more than you would if every individual family member purchased their own unlimited plan. Each person is allowed to add more than one device to their name, and you save more for every device you connect—whether it’s a phone, tablet, or smartwatch.
Can you please elaborate on what you mean by "share a plan? Each of you must have a shareable plan in order to join a shareable group. Are all of you a part of the same shareable family group? Which plan do each of you have? I trust you mean that you are part of a family share group that includes a shareable mobility service for each member; your husband, your son, & yourself. This is called a family share group with each subscriber sharing their data amongst all members of the group.
Each shareable mobility service that is included is shown on your MyBell account. To view your shareable group details, you can do so by logging in to MyBell. You can choose to View your share group usage or Manage your share group. You can also view the billing for each individual share plan & the overall group costs & saving in My bills & payments section. Particulars regarding each mobility service in the share group are covered in your mobility agreements on MyBell
Shareable plans : About your Share Group (bell.ca)
For further specific shareable plan & account details, I would suggest tha your contact Bell Mobility Customer Service Accounts & Billing. If more convenient you can also visit a Bell Mobility store. The customer service representatives are far more knowledgeable & versed in what is best for you & can answer any further questions you might have.
Take care.

Thank you for your question. In shareable plans, the amount of data or calling minutes are pooled or shared. Each phone account pays a certain amount to be part of the shared pool. It is usually cheaper to be a part of a pool of data than to have each account have it own data amount.

I have 3 phones in my share group, one of which is on the Loy+ 2yr Essential US/MX 150GB plan. This is a shareable plan and under features it says the following:
- Unlimited Share Data Throttled@150GB
- Unlimited US/MEX to CAN/US/MEX calling
- Unltd Picture & Video Messaging
- US & MEX Data Share
My question is whether or not the 150GB of shared US/MEX data in the pool also contributes the ability for US and Mexico usage to the other members in the pool, or if the US & MEX Data Share feature is referring to the ability for that single plan member to use their shared portion while travelling.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
The Bell Community is a place for you to ask questions, find answers and share your thoughts. This is a true peer-to-peer community space. As such, we do not have access to your account & billing details for each of your mobility services.
It is next to impossible to answer your question without having all of your account details & agreement avaialble. I would suggest that you review the details in each of your mobility agreements to confirm what is or is not cover & the limitations.
Shareable plans allow members to allocate voice and data between their devices. Adding members to a shareable plan means that you’ll save more than you would if every individual member purchased their own unlimited plan. Each person is allowed to add more than one device to their name, and you save more for every device you connect—whether it’s a phone, tablet, or smartwatch.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
That is a very good question. In order for you to share data with your husband & vice versa, both of you must have a shareable plan & be a part of the same shareable group.
Shareable plans allow family members to allocate voice and data between their devices. You need two shareable mobile plans. One for each of you. These can be set up with shareable data under one MyBell - One bill account.
Please check out the following web link for further details:

Thanks for posting your question.
Take care.

Good Day.
Which mobility plan do you subscribe to? Does your mobility plan support Personal Hotspot capabilities? If so, then you can share your data with another device.
If your plan does not include Personal Hotspot, then you will need to contact Bell Mobility to make this change in your plan. To reach Bell Mobility, please call: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.
You did not provide me with any details in terms of the devices that you are using to share data from & to. I will provide you with a generic setup. This process may be slightly different on the mobile device that you are using.
On the device that you want to connect to, go to Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot or Settings > Personal Hotspot and make sure that it's on. Then verify the Wi-Fi password and name of the phone. Stay on this screen until you’ve connected your other device to the Wi-Fi network.
On the device that you want to connect, go to Settings > Wi-Fi and look for your device in the list. Then tap the Wi-Fi network to join. If asked, enter the password for your Personal Hotspot.
You need to set a Wi-Fi password in order to set up a Personal Hotspot. To change the Wi-Fi password, go to Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot or Settings > Personal Hotspot, then tap the Wi-Fi password.
Choose a Wi-Fi password that's at least eight characters long. It can include letters in English, both lowercase and uppercase, digits 0 through 9, & some punctuation marks.
Depending on your devices, you can connect to a Personal Hotspot using Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or USB.
Please reference your manufacturers support website for further detailed instructions.
Take care.

We have two phones that use less than 20GB/month combined. One of the phones calls/texts US occasionally. Would one plan with sharable data and one a talk/text plan, give both phones data to use without extra pay-per-use charges on GB.

Good Day.
Shareable plans allow family members to allocate voice and data between their devices. Adding your family members to a shareable plan means that you’ll save more than you would if every individual family member purchased their own unlimited plan.
In order for you to share your plan with another user, you would need to have a shareable plan. The other individual would also need to have a shareable plan. You could establish a shareable group on MyBell allowing both of you to take advantage of these benefits.
