Troubleshooting iOS 17 Live Voicemail

I'm unable to change greeting and not indicating no message even though messages left.

iPhone constantly showing a voicemail when there isn’t any. I’ve tried restarting phone, nothing works.  Thanks

I do not have call forwarding on and I am not receiving voicemails. The system says 'you have no messages' even tho I left two from my landline

I was having issues casue you get a voice recording only 18 second  and then it just go to my machine that I pay
