I’ve been trying for 2 days now to top up my bell mobile account and it has been saying “Technical Issue” every time I submit the payment. I have tried using the website as well and it does not work. I’ve tried calling their #321 line to top up and it does not work. I have tried multiple cards all of which work anywhere else and it will not work. I’ve also deleted and redownloaded the app, as well as made sure the version is up to date. I am no longer able to call or text without wifi which is extremely stressful in case an emergency were to happen. I’ve been with bell for 5 years now and am extremely disappointed, it’s very stressful being unable to call or text and I would rather not switch companies but will have to if this issue continues.

Firstly we would like to thank you for the clear details in your post and troubleshooting steps that you've completed. Here are some tips and link to view other ways to top up your prepaid account;
- When experiencing issues, try clearing your cookies and cache and try again.
- Make sure to use an accepted credit card.
- Some has mentioned when facing issues to put your browser in incognito mode and it worked.
- Make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off for our website.
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.)
- Check out How to top up the funds in my prepaid phone account
to learn different ways to add funds to your account.
Try that out and let the Community know if you're still having issues topping up your account.
