As a new Bell user, am I entitled to free Crave??
I'm kinda curious, cuz I deleted the app.

Has your Ultimate plan been activated? If so, you will be given access to Crave Basic with Ads for a period of 24 months. You will receive an email or text message with information on how to link your Bell Mobility mobile phone number to a new or existing Crave account. Once you have successfully linked your Crave and Bell Mobility accounts, you can start to enjoy Crave.

For further assistance you can call: Bell Mobility at: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.
You can also contact Crave at help@crave.ca or at 1-888-CRAVE88 (272-8388).

U r referring to the mobile plan right? There should be a detailed paragraph on the website. But be aware of the pic quality and device limitations. U might ended up with experience similar to free versions online, such as some 540P shows by Bell media with ads on their legit websites.

I got a new cellphone in February & with my new phone it said I would get 24 mths of free Crave.

Will this over-write the Crave Basic plan that is supposed to be included with the mobility plan?

If Crave Basic with Ads is included with your mobility plan, you need to complete the registration in order to access Crave on your mobility device. Please check out the Helpful replies. Crave Basic is available with continued subscription to your rate plan and registration to Crave Basic. A limited number of titles are unavailable on ad-supported plans due to licensing restrictions. AirPlay, Roku, PS4, PS5 and select Fibe TV HD and 4K receivers are not supported on ad plans.

To use Bell Crave on your mobile device, download the Crave app from your device's app store (Google Play or Apple App Store), and sign in with your MyBell credentials or your Crave account details. I got an email from Bell telling me to activate my Crave Basic by October 26, 2025. Here was the email which included the activate it now button:
"...as a valued customer, we gifted you Crave Basic at no extra cost – it’s our way of saying thanks. You haven’t activated it yet, but there’s still time. Once you do, it’s yours to enjoy for as long as you have a Mobility plan with data. Just a quick note: this offer will expire on October 26, 2025, if it’s not activated by then."
I had already activated my Crave account through Bell and had been using it frequently long before I got this email telling me to activate it. I still clicked the button to activate it even though I had already been using it just in case. I went to continue one of my shows I had been watching on Crave, and now it says I no longer have a subscription through my TV provider. I'm not sure what else I could have done when I clearly had activated it as I was already using Crave for some time through Bell. Is there any way I can get it back? The email said I just needed to activate it by the deadline which I did. It wasn't a 24 month offer as I'm not on a new mobility plan.

We are unable to reactivate a promotion that has expired. Account & billing promotions cannot be resolved on the Bell Community Forum. You are going to need to discuss this with a Bell Customer Service representative.
Did you make any changes or cancelled your Bell Mobility rate plan during the Crave Standard with Ads promotional period or switch to a non-eligible plan? If so, your access to Crave may have ended.
