You can update the existing SIM card for your mobile phone with a new SIM card or eSIM (where applicable) by logging into MyBell.
If you are adding a new SIM card to use with a previously owned device, simply update the IMEI in MyBell after updating the SIM card.
Login to MyBell from a web browser > Select your Mobile device > Select Device details > Manage My SIM & device.

I’m wondering, if it is possible to switch services back to a physical SIM card, when I upgraded my phone they just transferred me to a eSIM, and I have never had the worst service in my life, I’m paying well over 200 a month for 2 phones that should get service anywhere and everywhere and I got little to no service, in areas I should have service! It’s just as well I emptied a bag of money in the sea then to pay for a phone with bell that doesn’t work 78% of the time!

Thank you for your concern. Please see the helpful replies in this tread that have a green checkmark for instructions to switch to a physical sim from an eSim.
Signal issues are unrelated to your use of a physical sim or eSim and need a separate response. For a better comment, it would be helpful to know what make and model of phone you have and what signal issues you are experiencing, as well as your general physical location.
Looking forward to further conversation.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Yes, you can switch services back to a SIM.
You can transfer your SIM to an eSim or vice versa by logging in to your MYBell account with any web browser. There is no charge for you to do this online. There is a charge if you contact Bell & wish for them to do this for you.
