That is definitely odd and the Community will be happy to help wherever we can.
In order to best assist, some clarifications will be needed;
- What is the make, model and IOS/OS version of your phone?
- Has it only started recently, or it has always redirected towards your friends phone number?
- When pressing Call Voicemail, does it always call the same friend?
- Have you recently activated the Call Forwarding feature on your phone?
- Have you made any changes or added shortcuts to your friends saved contact information in your phone?
- Have you restarted your phone recently (fully power off and back on again)? If not, give it a try.
- When holding down the 1 key for a few seconds, does it reach your voicemail or your friend?
- When dialing your own number (calling yourself), does it reach your voicemail or your friend?
- Make sure your phone/apps are all updated to their latest versions.
- What trouble shooting steps have you completed so far?
- Have you got in touch with our technical support team to look into your concern and open a ticket is needed?
