Won’t turn off

How do I turn this off when I didn’t even have set a pass word…I turned it off and  back on and waited nothing happened.  If pic doesn’t show up my phone  went to emergency mode.

This has to do with the phone itself.  You can use Find my mobile if you have the remote unlock enabled on your phone... Otherwise you might need to perform a factory reset 😞  Best to reach out to Samsung, but here is info from their site.
