Hi @alleona. Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Bell Community.

If you haven't already, check out your mobility MyBell profile to see your account status.

If you completed a hardware upgrade via MyBell and got your new phone delivered to your home, a new SIM/eSIM would have been provided with the order and needed to be used with the new phone. Once the phone is received, you would have needed to follow the instructions provided and activate the order via MyBell. If the order was not activated and you would have used your old SIM in the new phone, after a period of time, the order would have auto activated itself (only after delivery would have been confirmed and new phone would be in use on account) and updated your account from your old SIM to the new SIM/eSIM provided in the order resulting in the no service status showing on your phone.

Hi!

Is it a new line? Is your SIM activated? Is your phone unlocked?
It could be many things.

Have not been able to send or receive texts or calls. Reset phone several times.

I have no carrier service on my cell, but my fibe home internet is still working?

Fix my carrier service please.

Can you please clarify what you mean by 'I have no carrier service on my cell'; are you referring to your mobile network or your home internet?

No carrier service. To my Cell. Cell Phone service.

 

Already took the Sim out and cleaned/ blew air into sim card area.

 

My services haven't been cut off because I still have wifi. And other users in my area still have Bell cell service.

Hello dear, i went to india on 14 of January and i put my phone on aeroplane mode. Till today my phone is still on aeroplane mode and today when i tried to check my next mobile bill , i saw about 1450 long distance minutes. How it can possible and it says unpaid as well

I can not make a phone call.

 

I have no phone service sos only

I do restart my phone so many times still i dont have service

Anyone else experiencing service interruption today? Is it the storm? Texts and calls are not going thru even when I am on wifi.
