Hello, I just recently added my Bell Prepaid Visa to my profile. However, I did not realize that setting up a PIN would disqualify purchases from the 5% cash back. Could you explain what type of purchases would not be eligible and is there a way to remove the PIN once it is set up? I tried to delete and re-add the card to my profile, but this does not remove the PIN.

Hi there @JKH,
Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community.
There is no cash back option when using the Bell Pre Paid Visa as it is not a credit card. It is simply a pre paid reloadable gift card.

Thanks for the confirmation! It seems the card says in the print it is not reloadable and there seems to be another page regarding the Prepaid Visa that the cash back option can apply though - can you explain what cards the cash back option applies to?

Each bank has different policies. VISA simply allow their cards be tapped around but they don’t deal with the individual customers directly.

I received my Bell Prepaid Visa card and just activated it online. When finishing activation, the page said the following. What does it mean by 5% back? Where can I get it?
Bell Visa® Prepaid Card
Your Visa prepaid card is convenient to use when shopping, dining out, traveling and more. You can spend it everywhere Visa cards are accepted.
And when you spend it at the merchants featured on this website, it gives you 5% back!
