Where can you find up when your contract is up??

received my bill

both my and my husbands phones have completed 2 year plan yet both have been charged.   My message says you’ve finished paying for your device so you can upgrade now. My husbands says you can upgrade anytime.

yet I was charged a monthly device payment of 47.29 and my husband was charged 52.08.   Yikes thought I’d finally finished these monthly payments!

why?

hoping you can help me

How do I find out how much money I have left to pay off on my phone. Can I find it on the bell app?

thanks.

How much does it cost to break a bell mobility contract?

Wondering when I am done paying for my hardware charges?

Does anyone know where I can find out if my device is fully paid for?

I assume you purchase it through Bell? Did you check your mobility agreement for the specific details?
