I tried to set up new phones for my kids by bringing them into my existing Bell Mobility account. Both are with other providers. I went to Costco Mobility as they offer additional in-store incentives on Bell plans and phones. They got an error message when trying to access my account. It said "Customer information retrieval was unsuccessful. Please try again." They've tried multiple times over the past week with the same message. I emailed Bell support but they can't help with the retail seller side and don't know anything about oneview.bell.ca which is being used by Costco Mobility. I'm thinking of walking away from Bell altogether (internet, home phone, mobility) if this can't be resolved while back-to-school pricing is in place.
Any suggestions that might resolve this?

If you are looking for further assistance regarding the Wireless kiosk @Costco, you will need to discuss this with Costco. E.g. back to school promotions, devices, cellular plans, gift cards, etc.
Costco is an independent reseller for all of the major cell phone suppliers. Costco would not have access to your account & billing details, nor can they make changes to your existing account. I have included the Bell packages that Costco offers. I cannot speak to the back-to-school promotions that they are offering you. I have included all of the pertinent details for you to peruse.

This web link will take you to student "Back to School" Internet, Mobility & Bundle deals from Bell. These are available by contacting Bell at: 1-866-770-6548 or by visiting a Bell store with a valid student ID.

You should contact Bell Customer Service by calling: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device. They will be able to assist you if you wish to port both of your sons' cellular accounts & add them to your MyBell account. They are more knowledgeable & better equipped to answer all of your questions.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the Community Forum has no access to any matters concerning accounts and billing. We can't offer any advice or help with your issue other than suggest you work this out with the reseller, which you say is Costco.
