I have the same difficulty. I did get the 2 years crave free special.
Is this why I can't download and watch crave via my phone?

This is part answer & LOTS OF COMPLAINTS that affect the services offered...
I remember when Crave was only $5.99 per month.... wayyyyyyy back when they had a GREAT library. As far as Streams offered for Crave I believe it was 2 logins on the app and more if u have FibeTV.
Fast forward 15 or so years it's WAYYYYY overpriced and the library is not worth the price as is.

Fast forward 15 or so years it's WAYYYYY overpriced and the library is not worth the price as is. And to make that even worse, I seem to have TWO SEPARATE CHARGES for TWO different Bell Services Accounts (Bell Canada & Bell Aliant are the services.... And I have to manage each one separately due to Bell Canada NOT SUPPORTING Bell Aliant Accounts. I cannot even add the two accounts to the MyBell app. I was given an Account Number that the Bell System dies not recognize. Then there's the GigaHub garbage that will not allow me to REALLY have control of my home network. It's STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY due to the lack of options on the GigaHub.
And adding a new feature or even Ordering a WiFi Pod is not as easy as it should be but to try to do anything myself is not possible as ANYTHING I would like to change with the Bell Aliant account requires aat worse calling someone who I cannot understand due to the Agents poor, extremely broken English whenever I'm forced to phone support and honestly I'm not impressed in any way whatsoever with my Aliant services but my Bell Mobility Account with Bell Canada is THE EXACT OPPOSITE.. I was actually able to order a new Pixel Fold and it was easy to do. Why can't Hell Aliant be the same? I have been a Bell FibreOp & FibeTV for over 5 years and I STILL HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO GET A BELL EMAIL ADDRESS...I've NEVER BEEN SATISFIED WITH Aliants lower class Customer service that Bell Canada has to either do something about it or remove the Bell title from Bell Aliant & let them be a COMPLETELY SEPARATE BUSINESS (Let them go back to the Martime Telephone & Telegraph Business Name they started with.
My advice? Just stick to the FibreOp Internet and Amazon Prime with CityTV+ is roughly the same price as Crave and 1000 times better library than Crave. I also use the FibeTV service for the lowest level they offer and it's CHEAPER THAN CRAVE LOL.
