Eligibility for Autopay Credits

I have a quick question do my billing is already set to preauthorized payment  from credit card will still get the 10 auto pay credit or i have to switch it to debit card payments?

Based on the limited information that you have provided, I can only surmise, that the account was setup for pre-authorized payments prior to or at the same time as your purchase. Both enrolling and removing the pre-authorization permission has a delay of one billing cycle before coming into effect.

There is a 31-day grace period to register for pre-authorized debit payments after adding the autopay credit in an order. I will assume that you have set up pre-authorized debit payments on MyBell by entering your bank information.

I'm paying 10$ extra because of what? If I always pay on time, why don't I get the 10$ saving?

Bell offers a wide variety of promotions to its customers from time to time. The autopay credit is only available to eligible rate plans. If you wish to take advantage of the autopay credit, you need to change your plan to an eligible one. Please refer to the following web link for the specific details associated with this promotion.

How to receive the Autopay credit for Bell Mobility

 In order to qualify for the autopay monthly credit of $10 per line:

  1. You must have an eligible rate plan & it must be set up for: pre-authorized debit payments.
  2. You must sign up for pre-authorized debit payments by logging into MyBell and entering your bank information.
  3. You will receive a 31-day grace period to register for pre-authorized debit payments after adding the autopay credit in an order.
