How do I get usage details for previous bills?

I need to see a specific day in my phone history, more than the usage detail you see on my bell, I had a loaner phone at the time so I can't scroll back to check what happened.....how do I do this?  Pay a fee?

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

Mobility usage details as shown online are maintained & viewable on MyBell for 6 months plus the current month. Select > your Mobility service. Select > Usage. You can view & download the available information by month to a CSV file for storage & viewing offline.

Billable monthly information is maintained on MyBell for up to 18 months. This is also available for download & print to pdf.  If you are looking to print a bill beyond 18 months, you will not be able to do so online as bills are only kept for a rolling 18 months. 

If you require any further specific details beyond what is shown online, you will need to reach out to Bell Customer Service & request a bill reprint.  There will be a cost to reprint this information.

Hello, when trying to look at the details on my phone records, some numbers pop up and some say unknown. Why is that? Where can I retrieve a copy of all txt and phone details received and sent?

I am looking for breakdown of my bill from one of the month in 2022 and in the bill generated by BELL do not include any breakdown of the call logs. I tried reaching out to BELL customer care but they are saying we cannot do anything more than what I see on the bill. Need to know what is my option to get detail call logs for any past month if the bill do not show that details. 

I wish I could solve your issue. The information you are requesting is no longer available. MyBell is your only source of stored details. Mobility usage details are only maintained for 6 months plus the current billing period. Home phone detailed usage is also only maintained for 6 months.

Bill payment history is maintained for 18 month. It does not include any Mobility or Home phone usage details.

I can only suggest that if you require this information on a regular monthly basis; you can download each months usage details to your computer as a CSV file. This option is available at the bottom of each usage detail page. The last 6 months is maintained and available for you to download.

How long does Bell keep record of call ant text information (numbers, date, time, etc)?

Is there a requirement by law to keep the non-billable mobility usage records beyond 6 months?

Subject is question.  We would like to have the telephone numbers of text message source and destinations.  Is this available separately or as a modification of our existing billing statements?
