Resolved! Credit Alert - New number added to my account

I was just alerted by my credit monitoring system that a credit alert was placed on my name by Bell Mobility and that a new number was added to my name (I think) for a phone number that I am not familiar with. Any suggestions anyone?  

Resolved! Long distance charges on "Other carrier"

I am wondering how it can happen that I am offered an unlimited long distance package but still get charges for other carriers? Does anyone else have this problem?

Resolved! How do I get usage details for previous bills?

I need to see a specific day in my phone history, more than the usage detail you see on my bell, I had a loaner phone at the time so I can't scroll back to check what happened.....how do I do this?  Pay a fee?

Resolved! "Wrong security code" message when paying

When I go to pay my bill for the past two days, all I get is this error message. I know my card number and the three digits. What’s going on? Is anyone else having this issue?
