How do I leave a review for a great employee?

Hello, 

Your employee Krista from Ontario was super helpful. I was in a rush to get to work and I forgot to ask if there is anyway I can leave of a review for her. She was very informative, understanding and kind. I really appreciate all her help and hope she gets to see this somehow.

Amazing experience with supervisor Marco! I had my first issue with Bell earlier today that took over an hour on the phone and ended with confusing instructions to contact my bank about a promo code and then call Bell back. The rep was also eating during the call, which wasn't a huge deal as she was very nice and flattering but did feel unprofessional and unlike the service I’ve come to expect from Bell. Unsurprisingly, the bank had no idea what I was talking about. When I called back, another rep, who was great, was able to deal with the first issue and refund the overage charges successfully. She later connected me with Marco, a supervisor, to resolve the outstanding issue. The experience completely turned around from there and he quickly understood the situation, resolved it efficiently, and even provided his contact details for future concerns. His and his staff's professionalism and genuine care made all the difference, I now feel truly confident in Bell’s customer service, once again!!! Thank you Marco & your dedicated staff member!

I would like to give a great thanks to Shan, the manager and the technician that she sent, to resolve our internet issues. Shan and the technician that she sent which I forgot his name sorry, were very helpful and kind. After all my complaints about our internet issues, Shan was fast in sending us a technician and then did a follow up on us, if the problem was already resolved. The technician himself was also good in his job. Thank you very much and I hope, Bell can give good credits to these kind of employees.

I was just at the Bell store at the Eaton Centre in Montreal. The person helping me was Imene - easily the best customer experience I have ever had. She helped reshape my plan, found me ways to save, and cheerfully walked me through a complicated return process. I want to thank her for making my day and I want to make sure Bell knows how lucky they are to have her.

Hello. I just wanted to leave a review for an employee. His name is Dexter? I think anyways.  

 

He was very kind and understanding on the phone form a horrific experience I've had with bell. Please make sure he gets the kudos he deserves. I've had a nightmare of problems stemming for YOUR ERROR and while I'm still not happy or satisfied, he did his best to try and make it right and was patient and understanding. I'll still be switching to Sasktel lol. But know that he did his best and is a great person to speak with. I'll refer him to Sasktel too lol.

How can I submit a compliment for great service for a Bell Store employee?

Hi @BellPatricia It was for a transaction at the Bell store in Masonville last Monday Oct 6th. Aaron was so helpful in getting my rate plan changed and also setting up an upgraded phone that I brought with me. He was very patient, kind and very personable and very knowledgeable.  I expected I might get a survey request as sometimes happened in the past, but nothing came. 

Do you submit the compliment and do you have enough info now?
