Thank you for your question. The address for a mailed cheque can be found on the downloaded billing image in the My Bell web page or app. Always write your account number, found in the top right corner of your bill, on your cheque. Remember to allow for mailing time and time for the cheque to clear your account when you do mail your cheque. Allowing ten business days for that (mailing and cheque clearance) is a good estimate, so mailing your cheque not less than ten business days (and the more the better) before the due date is not unreasonable.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community
If you prefer to pay your bills by cheque or money order, you can view and print a copy of your current bill on MyBell The mailing address & accompanying payment stub are located at the bottom of the first page.
For example, if you are making a payment to Bell Canada, this would be the mailing information:
- Bell Canada
- P.O. BOX 9000
- STN DON MILLS
- NORTH YORK ON
- M3C 2X7
If you are still receiving a paper bill, to pay your bills by cheque or money order, simply follow these steps:
- Include your original bill stub with your payment. If you cannot attach the bill stub, put your account number (it appears on the top left of your bill) on the front of your cheque or money order, and include your name and address on the return envelope.
- Make sure the Bell address is clearly visible.
Do not fold or staple any of the above documents.
- Do not include any notes or letters.
- To ensure the security of your payment, do not send cash by mail.
Please allow 10-15 business days for payment processing.
