When viewing the Usage Details page, I see a column called "details". Is there any way to download the contained information?

Hi there @Bimicher.

When viewing your usage details in your MyBell profile, you can scroll to the bottom and select "Download Usage Details". It'll download as a .CSV file that you can open in Microsoft Excel. Check out the screenshot below for reference.

Hi,

Does anyone know how or if I can see/ or find the number that was texted and charged pay per use?

How would I do this??? It is just old enough to not be in my recents.

Thanks

You can try looking on MyBell  > Services > Mobility > Usage. If you are lucky, the number might be there if you can remember the specific date & time & of course if the number is not hidden.

Good Luck……

When I was with Telus I could view my bill and see the phone number (not the actual message) of whoever I was sending or receiving text messages to. I can’t see that on my bell mobility bills. Is this not a feature with bell?

How do I see my outgoing calls on a date just before the 'recents' list

HI.. Why can I not see the detailed billing on my mobile device anymore ? Used to see usage, calls, msgs, phone numbers and a lot of useful info.. is not available anymore ?

Everything that was there before, is there today.

Your current bill & all of your previous bills are available on the MyBell mobile app & as well on MyBell on the web by selecting the specific Service & then selecting Bills. The mobile app allows you to download you bills in PDF format to open on your device and / or you can choose to connect to the Bell web site to view online.

You can also obtain detailed Usage on the MyBell app & as well on the web by logging in to MyBell.

Your can select Usage & choose to view previous current, daily, specific details & 6-month trends on the MyBell mobile app & as well on MyBell using  a web browser by selecting the specific Service & then selecting Usage, etc.

I have include the following web link to assist.

Where do I find the details of where the calls from my mobile were placed and who I called.  I require this information for CRA to validate my milage account.  This was always included in the PDF format of the printed invoice and now it's not included any longer - Please advise if there is somewhere I can still find this information. - Kasey

Why does the download of the bill not show the cell number associated with the charge?
I need this to forward the charge to my employer. I need the phone number on the bill.

Could you please elaborate on this? How are you downloading & viewing your bill? If you wish to view your bill in it's entirety in a format as suggested with complete detail, then need you to login in your MyBell account with any web browser. Select > your current bill. Select > Download bill or Print bill. Once you have either a PDF version or printed version of your bill you should have the following information:

I have more than one mobile device plus a number of other Bell services. Each of my mobile services monthly fees & charges are shown separately & also totaled as separate mobile services on my bill.

  1. Page 1 is a summary of all charges.
  2. Page 2 is a summary of charges by service. TV, Internet, Home phone, Mobility, etc.
  3. Page 3 > to your last page is each service & the monthly charges. For example my bill has 8 pages.
  4. Each service is on a separate page summarized, listing the individual charges, partial charges, subtotals, taxes & total.
  5. Your bill will only include billable information & calls such as long distance. E.g.  date / time, call duration, called number, charges, etc.

Let us know if something is missing & we will dig a little deeper in trying to help you out.

Take care.

That only seems to be able to fully view on a computer and I don’t have a computer so is there a better option? Can the paper bill show the phone number associated with the overage?

Good Day/

You can view your bill with any web browser on your device. Unless you have a printer app & a printer, you still will not be able to print. If you are over your plan. All billable charges will be shown on your bill that are associated with the specific service.

This is a peer-to-peer web site  We do not have access to your account & billing records on the Bell Community Forum. I wish I could be of further assistance to you, but I do not know which mobility plan you have nor do I know whether it is a monthly plan, a pre-paid plan, shareable or if it has usage limits.

Have you reached out to someone that you might know who would be willing to allow you to view & print your bills from their computer & printer?

Have you tried contacting Bell Mobility for further clarification & billing details? They would be more than willing to assist in explaining what is included & shown on your monthly bill & included in your plan.

Thank you for your reply.

Take care.

is there a reason that only one phone number is showing up in the text usage details is there a way that numbers can be hidden or not recorded
