Mybell App & landscape on iPad OS

Mybell app used to support landscape mode on iPadOS but recently stopped. Can we get it back please and thanks

I agree with you. It appears that something has changed with recent updates. Landscape mode is no longer available. It is not shown in Apple Apps iPad Preview.

I have to agree, let’s get the landscape back for user choice on the app. It is a basic feature to have an either/or for convenience, and not sure why it would be removed. 

Why can’t I view my bell app in landscape mode?

My iPad has an attached keyboard, so it works like a small laptop. I have just successfully made a a change to my services through the MyBell app, but it was difficult to do with my head twisted sideways to read the screen in portrait mode. Can we get the app updated to support landscape mode, please?

I agree with you. I as well have an Apple iPad & it would be much easier to view & move around in if it was also available in landscape mode.

Your suggestion is definitely worth consideration & would enhance the MyBell app.

A Bell moderator will review this thread & will decide on the next steps that should be taken. This change would have to be passed on to the Bell developmental team for consideration.

Interesting. I have always used the MyBell app on an iPad and iPhone. I have never seen it work in landscape; always portrait. The WiFi app is the same.

If an iPad user wants landscape format, the MyBell web page has the same functionality as the app and can be accessed in any browser such as Safari or Chrome. I have tried it on my iPad and it works. it is just an alternate way of access.
