I had an outstanding bull due to being unable to pay with my debit card, which caused a cancellation of my services, and I've finally figured out how to pay it off with my debit card. How long will it take to get my services up and running again after paying it?

I would suggest that you contact Bell Billing & Payments at  310-BELL > Select Option 1.The customer service representative will gladly assist you. You will be able to discuss your outstanding bill, method of payment & the timing for your services to be reconnected.

Depending on how & when you paid your bill, your service will be restored when Bell receives the funds.

The fastest way to restore your service is to make an immediate payment with your credit card or a prepaid credit card online or on your mobile phone / smartphone.

You can also make a payment over the phone.

If you do not have a credit card, you can also pay online, by cheque, at the bank, etc. This can take upwards of 2-5 or even 10 days for Bell to receive this payment.

Your account will only be restored after payment is received and if the amount is enough to bring your balance below your credit limit.

Paid my bill and my services are still suspended? Do I have to wait X amount of business days for the payment to process?

If your payment brings you below your credit limit, your service will be restored within 30 minutes of Bell receiving it. If you have a phone with a SIM card, you will need to turn the phone off then on again to restore service. You will receive a text message confirming your phone is ready to use.

The fastest way to restore your service is to make an immediate payment with your credit card or a prepaid credit card online or on your mobile phone / smartphone.

Depending on your method of payment, online banking, cheque, etc., it can take 2-5 days or longer for this to be processed by your financial institution.

Please note that your account will only be restored after payment is received and if the amount is enough to bring your balance below your credit limit.

Thank you for reaching out to the Bell Community Forum.

Take care.
