Paperless billing

I have requested Paperless Billing. Meaning send me an email with a link to my bill. I check online for my monthly Bill and pay at that time. But I still get paper billing. Requesting Paperless Billing should mean NO MORE MAILED BILLS?

I wish to receive my bills electronically. Can you please set this up for me?

I just received notification that I will no longer receive paper billing. I do not have a printer and need a hard copy of my bill.

Can anyone tell me why I no longer receive my bill via email?  When I went paperless, it was with the understanding that the bill would be sent that way.  What's up?

Bell is transitioning from paper to electronic billing. Bell will no longer be sending out paper bills. Bell will notify you by email that your current bill is now available.

It is the right thing to do. Bell is taking a step toward greater environmental sustainability. All customers can help reduce unwanted clutter and paper waste associated with printing, handling and delivering paper bills.

If you prefer to receive a paper bill, you are eligible if you:

  • Are 65 years of age or older
  • Self-identify as a person with a disability
  • Do not have home Internet or mobile data services provided by Bell

A copy of your monthly bill is available to view, save or print to your computer or device by logging in to MyBell.

Thank you for contacting the Bell Community Forum.

Take care.

I updated my Billing Profile 6 months ago, and set Bill Format to E-bill (only).
It has worked great until now.
Why did I receive a paper bill mailed to me this month?
(I went through the same exercise 6 months ago, when I received a paper bill, despite having gone to paperless billing years ago.)
Bell Canada should save money by not sending paper bills in the mail, and pass those savings on to their customers. The only reason to continue to send paper bills is to keep Canada Post afloat!
