We do not provide expedited shipping as an option for orders, nor can the shipping method be updated after the order has been submitted. When new orders are submitted, in most cases you will receive shipping confirmation within 2-5 business days.
Do keep in mind however that orders can be impacted and/or delayed by multiple factors. As a few examples:
- Product availability; if out of stock delay will be higher.
- When was the order submitted (on the weekend, a busy time of year)
- How many orders where submitted before yours.
- Where you are located (delivery delays).
There are just a few examples, and delays are not exclusive to just these. Please bear in mind that as the Bell Community is a peer-to-peer Support channel, we're unable to speak to your order specifically. This is a peer-to-peer website. As such, we do not have access to your account and billing records.
Unfortunately, this is not an unusual situation that you are experiencing. Every year at this time, Apple releases its next generation of new devices. There is a pent-up demand from customers from all walks of life across the world demanding to be first in line. Every distributor & carrier is experiencing the same frustrations as you are in wanting to know where their new device is at and why it has not been delivered.
When an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, the delay on a new product may be up to 60 days, depending on what is available from Bell's supplier.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your order number and a link to track your order. Using your order number and postal code or phone number, you can view your order summary, status, estimated delivery date and more.
Online delivery timing is based on the shipping method you selected at checkout, the region you live in, weather, supply & demand, work stoppages, & the capacity of the delivery company.
The shipping times provided online are estimates based on the information provided by the delivery company.
You can view your order status in MyBell by following the instructions below:

- Have you received a confirmation number?
If you order something that is not available, then you can contact Bell Mobility to:

How did you place this order? Online, in a Bell store or by calling Bell Mobility Customer Service?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your order number and a link to track your order. Using your order number and postal code or phone number, you can view your order summary, status, estimated delivery date and more.

Anyone else have issues with Bell and ordering new phones? 2 to 5 business days is such a lie. Ordered the s25, says they've received my order, and nothing else has happened.
This same thing happened to me back when the s23 came out and after 3 weeks they called to say there were out of stock, yet the website said it had stock.
I have no problem waiting. Would of just went to the bell store 2 hours away and got one from them had I of known i was going to be using this cracked and broken phone 2 weeks later still.

Ordered an upgrade last week. Still waiting for confirmation and an order #. Called Bell and informed the upgrade is on back order. It did not say that when I placed the order. The first person I spoke to said it takes from 5 to 10 business days to process. I told her that was a lie because the web site says from 2 to 5 business days. I asked to speak to someone higher up and get transferred to the Fraud Department. The Fraud department person was bewildered why I was transferred to them. Finally got to someone in customer service orders that knew what is going on. I was told it could be another week but was provided with an explanation. I am not very impressed with Bell at this point in time. Anywat, just in case anyone else recently put in an upgrade order online this is info for you.

Hey everyone,
I ordered an iPhone 16 plus 256gb in black on March 16th and it’s been officially over a month now and it still hasn’t been shipped yet. I called Bell and they have no inventory and can’t promise a shipping date.
I’m just wondering if anyone is on the same boat and experiencing an unusually long delay on receiving that specific device. There was a promotion when I ordered it and if I cancel, I no would longer qualify.

Unfortunately this is reality. Providers such as Bell are very much at the mercy of manufacturers to meet the demand for devices. When I ordered my iPhone 15 Pro when it was released it did not arrive for eight weeks. It appears little has changed.

Hi, I ordered an iPhone 16e a couple days ago and it seems like it’s stuck in the confirming and processing section. Was just wondering if there’s a possibility of it being out of stock? I would’ve chose the pick up option if that’s the case.
