When crossing over the border to USA with a Unlimited US to Can&US calling and text plan. Do we need to do anything in order to receive calls or use our data plans. ??

Hi there, @JuanK. Welcome to the Bell Community, and thanks for your post.
If you have a Canada/US monthly plan or have Roam Better already enabled as a feature attached to your plan, then yes, you'll be able to roam without any issue in the US.
Do bear in mind that the former will not result in any charges, as all usage will be zero rated as part of your plan. If you otherwise do not have a Canada/US plan and only have Roam Better enabled, you will see regular daily roaming charges for each day of active usage.
If you're unsure as to what kind of plan you have, you can double check by logging into MyBell and going to Manage My Plan
Otherwise, you can take a look at our page on Roam Better
for more details.
Let us know if you have any further questions.

Hey there @Chev31,
Welcome to the Community and great question.
We strongly suggest to confirm your plan details via your MyBell profile to ensure that it covers Roaming in the U.S.
When roaming, your phone will automatically connect to one of our partner networks. When you return to Canada, your phone will reconnect to the Bell network. In both cases, it can take up to 5 minutes to establish a connection (You may need to turn on your Roaming Cellular Data in your device. Click here for your device user-guide).
For more information on what you need to know about coverage and rates while travelling to the U.S. click here.

Thank you @Chev31,
As the Community is a public forum we do not have direct information on your rate plan and we needed to make sure.
The moment that you have The Canada&U.S. combined rate plan, your usage will be covered and calculated the same as if you where using your services in Canada.

Does a Bell subscriber have to pay roaming in the US if he has a Canada US Unlimited Share Ultimate 2 year 60 US? Are calls and data made within the US covered by the plan?
Thanks

Are there any Long-distance fees from Canada to the US numbers when in Canada on Ultimate 40 - CAN/U.S.plan ?
Thinking of switching to BELL Mobility but I can't find a clear statement anywhere !! When you look at the Telus Support site it CLEARLY states :
Calling and texting with a Canada-US plan

I have a canada US plan and I am in the US. My data is not working. My data is included in the plan. Do I need to have roaming turned on? Or what other setting do I need to adjust to have access to my data?

It's normally best to turn roaming on when using a Can/US plan cause you are essentially roaming in the US.

Changed my cell plan to unlimited Canada US talk text message with shared data. Will I still be charged roaming fees when in the US?

So, with the Unlimited 150 Can/US plan are there additional charges while using my data, calling to Canada or US, or sending texts? On chat I was told there would be significant data charges. Is this true?

I will be in the States for several weeks beginning in March. I have a roaming option that is included in my phone plan. Does that mean that I can use my phone without adding a travel package while in the States?
